What services do you offer?
Real estate photography, house walkthrough video, property Reels and Shorts, 360° property media, drone photo or video when the checks allow a flight, and professional portraits for individuals and teams.
Where do you work?
Bachmeijer is based in Singapore. The main service areas are Singapore and Johor Bahru. Selected work in Kuala Lumpur and other Malaysia locations can be discussed by arrangement.
How do I book?
Send the brief through the contact page, by email to inquiry@bachmeijer.com or on WhatsApp at +60 11 3753 8907. A booking is confirmed only after Bachmeijer reviews the request and replies.
What should my brief include?
The location, preferred date, property or portrait type, the files you need, intended use, deadline, access information and whether priority delivery is requested.
How fast is delivery?
24-hour delivery is possible for selected jobs. Same-day delivery may be available for a smaller brief when it is agreed before the shoot. The real timing depends on the scope, booking time, property access, file count and current editing capacity.
Can you always fly a drone?
No. Drone photo or video is offered only after checking the exact location, airspace, access, privacy, safety, weather and applicable rules. When a flight is not possible, we plan the exterior coverage another way.
Is 360° media a floor plan?
No. 360° media is an interactive view that helps people look around a room and understand how spaces connect. It is not a survey, measurement or floor plan.
Do you offer women-only or modest portrait sessions?
Yes, these requests can be discussed directly with Marsha, including clothing, hair, accompaniment, privacy and final image use. Bachmeijer does not claim religious certification.
How is pricing worked out?
The quote depends on the property or portrait brief, location, access, timing and final formats. Share the details and you receive a quote for that scope.
